Mother

 When I was first married, my mother asked me what it is I call my mother- in- law.  I told her I didn't know what to call her.  My mother looked at me and said  "Lena, she is now your mother too, you should call her mom."  So that is what I did.  I started calling her mom and she became a very important person in my life.  So today I share with you my Mother-in-law.  She is a great inspiration to me.  My mother-in- law and I do not have a traditional relationship associated with that title.  We are great friends and I love her like my own mother.  I love her because she mothered my husband.  I love her because she loves my kids and they love her.  I love her because she is a great example as to what a true woman should be.  I would do anything for her and I know she would do anything for me.  She teaches me to forgive even when forgiving is very difficult.

   I'm so glad my mother had the wisdom to tell me all those years ago.  " Lena, she is your mother now too, you should call her mom."  I really don't think my relationship with her would of been any different because she was very easy to love and very easy to get to know.

Raising kids #4- raising kids and weight loss

 How does weight loss  play into raising kids.  If you are an emotional eater raising kids plays a huge role in weight loss.  I've said it before, raising kids is a hard feat.  But raising kids is the greatest joy you will see in this life.  When your child runs up to you and is so happy to see you, that fills your  hear with so much joy!       Now back to weight loss.  Pregnancy is hard on a woman's body.  Some women can bounce back real quick  but some women like myself , their bodies do not bounce back in fact after one natural birth and 3 C-sections my body shows that it did not bounce back very well at all.  The more I lea rn about it, the more I realize that my body did not bounce back very well because of the choices I made after my babies were born.  If I would have ate healthy along with my exercise  maybe my body would have bounced back a little better.  When I was nursing my babies...

The Jack Rabbit Factor by Leslie Householder

 In the early 2000's I was introduced to the writings of Leslie Householder.  There was an author that I followed named Marnie Pehrson now her last name is Kuhns.  She is a great author and I started following her because she started a club called The Clean Romance Club. I was always looking for authors that wrote clean romance.  Anyways one day I received an email from her talking about Leslie Householder and asking all her followers to follow her at Rare Faith. com  I was very interested in the topic rare faith so I went to her website and subscribed to her emails.  I found her newsletter and web site very interesting and at that point I knew that one day I would want to look into what she was talking about.  Now because I had 4 little ones and a day care to run, I felt like I didn't have time to pursue the things Leslie was talking about at that time.  I took her emails and put them in a folder to save for a later date that I would have time to...
