Weight loss during a Pandemic
I'm back and stronger than ever- Something I've learned in the last year is with every problem there is a blessing. I've been told my whole life that there is opposition in all things. We read about opposition in the scriptures but do we really understand what that means. I recently started reading a book called Confidence Rising by Marnie Pehrson Kuhns (https://www.amazon.com/Confidence-Rising-Heart-Yourself-Lives-ebook/dp/B07G6BSKBV) stated in her book something that really helped me understand this.
